Pros

Making a difference in the environment, bestvreason to work here is their quality in their product in comparison to competitors but thats about it. They provide vehicle but they expect you to work 60hrs a week for a base salary of 30k. Also job description looks pleasant for FEC but they fail to disclose you will be doing 4times more task.

Cons

Turn over is highest i ever seen and managers dont last longer than 1year. NO room for growth because they fire managers quick even if they are top performers. NO Job security for anyone. As an FEC I'm a top performer and I'm not happy with my job i hate it. Been with the company about 7months and been through 4 managers and about 11 consultants have either quit or been terminated due to company changes. If you have a job that you dont like think twice because you will hate this job. I regret leaving my previous job to work here, keep in mind most of the reviews in here are from new employees who are barely in training. I wanted to wait before leaving a review to help those that rely on this reviews before making a switch. If you're a customer this company is great but even that being the case the company makes it difficult to sale their product due to so many restrictions. There's other better solar companies to work for.

Pros

The company has the POTENTIAL to be great, but needs a massive overhaul at VP's and Directors of the Inside Sales Department. Elon, the Rive brothers, and the President of Global Sales and Customer Experience are brilliant and great to work for. But they are far removed from the employees actually doing the work to make the company profitable. They will need to eliminate more vp's and directors to get the company back on track.

Cons

Current Directors and VP's do not understand the human side of business. They strictly look at Excel spreadsheets and consider their employee's numbers.... and then dont understand why the culture and moral in the office is so low.

Pros

High-growth company with lots of autonomy and lots of opportunity to grow and expand if you are looking for it. No time for micro-management. Open to new ideas and trying new things. The people who work there are united by the company's mission making it a place to feel great about working for.

Cons

Company may be running out of money. Direction changes frequently. company run almost entirely by men making it difficult for women to be successful in leadership roles without a fight. No employee review process so you have to really push for promotion and raises. HR doesn't have a clue what they are doing.
