The company is dissolving thanks to the Rives brothers and their cousin Elon Musk neither cares about the environment just the all mighty dollar. I watched a company self sabotage. Management was a joke and so was the ever changing expectations and pay. you won't be around for your commissions. Company holds installs. This company is full of great actors and actresses that lie straight to your face.
Cons
Work for a company that actually appreciates there employees and the environment. People are not saving money with the leases unless they live in California. And in states that we are not less we are told to peel the onion and find out what the emotional reason for customers to switch to solar and then make them feel bad if they decide that solar is not for them.
