      Pros

      The only pro is that you may be helping the environment if one of your jobs ever gets installed! Other than that, there aren't too many!

      Cons

      Too many! Liars. Don't pay you for your work, and have had a 2013 Class action law suit for doing What they do currently. Not paying their employees! Ask you to sell their product, and make sure you're no longer with the company once it's time to pay you.

      Set your own schedule as long as you meet your monthly quota. Meet some great people (employees and customers alike) Good Product Health Benefits W2

      Cons

      - Numbers are constantly being monitored. - Lowest commission per panel in the Industry by nearly 50%. - Sales people are given little to no options to compete with other companies. - Nearly every meeting is becoming constant battle of Quality over Price. - Highest priced product in the industry.

      Great company, great atmosphere, great benefits, supportive team and great leaders.

      Cons

      Long hours of standing and pitching to customers within The Home Depot and Best Buy. Listen to customer concerns and complaints. A lot of factors are out of your hands and effect your compensation.
