Pros
The pay is excellent; I get a base salary, commissions, and a bonus for referring new employees. The opportunity is excellent; there is no limit to your professional growth. There are new positions opening constantly. I know my work is making the world a better place.
Cons
There's a pretty steep learning curve, and the pace is extremely fast. These things aren't really cons. They ensure you're working with the best and the brightest.
