Pros
The product is good, and something people should definitely do if they can.
Cons
It's just salespeople- they're sharks and thy're out for themselves. You will compete with your coworkers for appointments and opportunities. They like to market it like it's a "team" but everybody is out for themselves. It is clear the company is just a company who exists to make money- they are not focused on doing good, or helping the environment, not matter what the marketing material says.
