Work becomes stale and repetitive over time. Limited opportunity for advancement. Poor work life balance - must work mandatory weekends and swing shifts. Regular mandatory overtime required. Generally low moral amongst employees. Upper management does not communicate effectively to employees. Management shows little care and respect for employees. Poor base salary, limited opportunity for bonus pay. No annual raise or cost of living adjustment. Job security is no guarantee, hiring / layoffs happen regularly based sales volume.

Pressure to work most every weekend. Internally unorganized. Lack of accountability. Too much software. Takes too long to be paid from initial sale. Management always says it will get better.
