      Great people and fun atmosphere given the right circle of people. Autonomous work style that allows you to shape your team how you want.

      Cons

      Much of the upper management is extremely detached from what the actual business consists of and tends to be extremely reactive.

      Pros

      So yes one lap around the Sun together with Solar City. Since the very moment the recruiter and I began conversation of employment I could sense the positive energy. It blossomed on into the interview and cascaded across the continental United States as I embraced the call of duty. The zeal spilled out like a vigorous river pressing it way through a valley of opportunities. I excitedly participated in a full experiential Career path. From top to bottom I have been impressed. I am honored and proud to be a part of this team. I look forward to a lasting commitment and a shared vision to positively impact our world.

      Cons

      Being a part of new company explorations has the sense of being insignificant at times throughout this first year. I know the vision and I have kept my minds eye focused and stayed in the spirit of the company's vision. However, I must say the slogan one team one dream has a catchy sound, but the commercial boots on the ground at times seem disconnected at times.
