      Pros

      Working with this company has been a great experience. I feel valued and appreciated. The atmosphere in the office is great and everyone seems happy with what they are doing. There is also quite a lot of opportunity for growth which is great for those who are hard-working and ambitious.

      Cons

      I can't think of a many cons. Perhaps a con would be that the UT office isn't closer to downtown SLC. It would be great to have a presence in the city.

      I have never worked for another company that focuses so much on your sense of purpose. I go to work every single day and truly feel like I'm making a difference.

      Cons

      Management training is insufficient...it's more of a baptism by fire than anything else.
