      Decent if right out of high school or during college

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, decent hours, paid vacation and sick leave. I did enjoy working in the alternative energy field.

      Cons

      The way the commission worked (after you were paid your base salary) never added up. After 2 or 3 months, if your leads did not cancel you should have been paid your commission for that lead but myself as well as several former employees noticed leads we set up 6 months to over a year ago that cancelled within the last month we were being penalized for them and not receiving the commission.

      Pros

      I love my job. I talk to people in the beginning of the process and it is my personality that gets the customer excited. Whenever there is a problem I am able to find the solution. I also get recognized as a key player. I couldn't imagine working for another company.

      Cons

      It is a call center environment, so your fellow employees can be pretty negative for no reason. Sometimes you just want to yell, "It's your job to answer the phone. If you don't like it then find a new job!"

      Pros

      By far, the absolute best company I've ever worked with. Travel opportunities, decent benefits, public stock options. Feels amazing to be an influential part of changing the world for the better. We set impossible goals and then supersede them every single time.

      Cons

      I work with unbelievably outstanding diligence, dedication and passion in every aspect of my position, and then some. These qualities are to be expected, hardly recognized or celebrated.
