Pros
The company culture, while a bit hokie, is relaxed overall and lends itself to an enjoyable day. They actively promote a good work life balance and it shows.
Cons
The structure lends itself to waste. We got our leads from the crews that worked in the partner stores. They were given incentives and quotas. Often that meant I was sent to a home that wasn't expecting me. Either they didn't know they had an appointment our thought it would just be a phone call. I decided that driving an hour or more in one direction to hear "we never asked for an appointment" or "I thought we would just talk on the phone", wasn't worth it. And yes, the client received multiple emails and confirmation calls, but, the only way to avoid the mess of them not being home or closing the door on you was to be certain you got them in the phone. Unfortunately most people don't answer numbers that they don't know and when they listen to messages they erase them and forget, if they listened at all, or they just trash them and never tell the spouse.
