Management is obsessed with metrics, only looking at a black and white number and not taking in any other information for their decisions. Work life balance is essentially non existent, you're expected to work all the time. Even the most recent holidays. Currently pushing "perfect customer experience" without taking any time to focus on the internal customers which are the employees.
