Cons

What they tell you isn't always true to the area you work. I would like to believe that the company is still good deep down somewhere but the national average isn't always true local to where you are. Most of the higher management doesn't care about the lower employees. We are just numbers and bodies to slave drive to get management what they want. I was lucky to have a great manager but that's because he has integrity. As soon as I was switched to a different team, support and integrity was out the window. They talk a big game about work/life balance but it's all just talk. You work way over what is expected and do more then what they initially tell you are your job duties. Management hides behind the teams and use them as scapegoats to save themselves. Want to take a few days off? Forget it. It's all about numbers and running us into the ground. Employee beware.

Work from home, flexible work input, attending executive events and going on trips. Salary and eligible for overtime. Paid holidays off

Cons

Unclear direction from management, no training. Had to learn excel quickly. Many tasks thrown at you at once, or sometimes none at all.
