      Pros

      Flexible hours, friendly coworkers, upbeat environment

      Cons

      100% commission based. The position is a bit misleading. I hired on with expectations and promises and as soon as I was onboard, everything changed. Selling solar in Teas is not easy unless you're slick and maybe a little unethical.

      Great work environment! Company has a vision I believe in. Just an awesome company to be a part of if you are a full time employee.

      Cons

      As a part time employee there is really no incentive to work hard other than personal integrity. No holiday, sick or vacation pay. No raises etc... I work part time because I volunteer 2 days a week. But in the 30 hours I am at Solar City I am all in. I am constantly commended by my manager and ROM for my work and work ethic. But in reality what incentive do I have to always go above and beyond?

      Great team environment, helpful, motivated and dynamic co-workers. Regional managers have genuine interest to see you succeed in your job and provide outstanding support. Senior management very approachable, with ear to the ground.

      Cons

      Complicated and messy back-end process lacking in efficiency. Multiple, confusing touch points for documentation flow.
