      Pros

      We are amongst greatness meaning Peter, Lyndon and Elon. These men are on the forefront of pure awesomeness when it comes to helping consumers go solar and giving to the less unfortunate.

      Cons

      Base pay is beyond absurd unless you are in your early twenties still living at home. They hired me on with the promise of unlimited overtime and that was yanked away while I was still in training. Training was a joke. I would have been better off just jumping on the phone and figuring it all out that way.

      Pros

      Great environment and company culture. Never a dull moment at work. Not a quite office. It even feels exciting to work here, always new things going on. You better be able to adapt to changes, because changes happen on the daily. The people are great, and there is a lot of opportunity to move up into higher positions or even transfer to new departments.

      Cons

      High level of stress, at least for the sales positions. Working in the solar industry is tough, customers are always canceling after countless hours of hard work for them. Base hourly is very low, $24,000 a year. Commission is also pretty low, unless you sell lots of deals or move up into a senior level role.
