      Pros

      Good people. Good hours. Good benefits. Good pay. Great supervisors (in both positions that I have held). The company welcomes open communication and is understanding (car/health/family troubles). Great atmosphere to work in (fun/focused/motivating). This is a great opportunity to make a difference for the environment while still working full-time. I love it here!

      You are part of an industry that is trying to improve the planet. You work with people work hard and support you in your endeavors. You get kick-back for bringing others to the company as either new customer or new employee. The only con I can think of is...
