      Pretty synonymous with other call center jobs. Same environment.

      Pros

      The concierge role has a better base pay than most call centers. On top of that, most roles in the company are also incentivized.

      Cons

      My role is coupled with a very large workload. You almost feel as though you can never reach the goals set forth by management.

      Team building, efficiency, simple designs, innovative, crews are motivated with panel bonuses, good pay, great HR, on-the-job training, good incentives for projects and meeting regional goals

      Cons

      Panel pay was reduced from $11/panel to $6/panel. Crew leads determined by "favorites."

      Pros

      Great company to work for with support as long as you demonstrate a good work ethic and integrity. A good starting point for people who want to climb the ladder in the Solar industry. Company culture is awesome. I made a lot of new friends through this company.

      Cons

      Some downsides are lack of communication between management and upper management and not understanding that different Channel partner locations have little foot traffic and many many zip code disqualifications in the North Country of Upstate New York.
