      Cons

      Most promotions seem to go to the ones who can hang and party with the boys. Dedication is a one way street .

      The pay is bad for what they expect. They start you at at a low rate then promise you OT N BONUS. good luck making bonus n. would not have to have OT IF THEY PAID A DECENT WAGE

      Pros

      Love the open culture. People are generally very helpful and passionate about green energy. They want the team and the company to succeed. C-Level executives are approachable and personable. They acknowledge people who work hard and provide positive contributions/leadership.

      Cons

      No well established process in place. SW team is constantly fighting fire because of the short development cycle. The executives can be demanding at time and want new features fast to generate revenue instead of quality of the products.
