      Pros

      Flexible schedule, and the feeling of really helping out your planet. Kids think what I do is really cool.

      Cons

      demanding quotas, attainable, but tough. Commissions are payed very slowly. High stress due to frequently broken contract agreements, due to unforeseeable circumstances.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at SolarCity because the job is Flexible, Dynamic, Cutting Edge, Market Domination oriented, Innovative, Engaging and Purpose Driven.

      Cons

      However, working at SolarCity for me means an extremely heavy workload, quota driven environment, pressure, working 7 days per week.

      The Team. When you work with the best you are the best. The environmental impact. The MONEY. You decide how much you make. The harder you work the more money you make. The open door policy. All higher ups are more than willing to discuss anything with you. GROWTH. There is no limit on how far you can move up in the company. And at a record pace.

      Cons

      If I had to find a con it would just be working in the weather is tough.
