Pros

Excellent vision and a product that is needed. Leadership prior to Hayes was involved and the culture was good.

Cons

Churn and burn environment More concerned with numbers than producing satisfied customers Turned into a pyramid scam with employees being pushed to bring in recruits Not a long term career environment

Pros

Great benefits, and perks! Used to be even better till they started to restructure and cut the staff down. If you work hard and upper-management like's you, you have the opportunity to learn many different area's for manufacturing in the Cell and Module Line.

Cons

We've gone through 4 supervisors, Ive been here for almost a year and I still havent received an employee review even though they state that they do every 6 months.

Pros

The base pay is good, the people you work with are amazing because you can be yourself, it's not a high school type of jobs/no drama

Cons

there are bonuses through the project that are not realistic to hit no matter how hard you work. There is favoritism.
