Pros

Welcomes piercings, tattoos and colorful hair. The idea/dream of two boys in action to create sustainable energy.

Cons

Immature leadership and management who boast about firing people or getting them to quit. There is a complete lack of accountability. The "Solar Coaster" is an understatement for the amount of change there is. They change their the SOP so much the the supervisors admit to not being able to do the job or perform to meet the expectations. I doesn't help that 95% of their time at work is spent gossiping, having who can be more witty. It's was as if I was under the supervision of a group of teenage girls (even the male trainer was as bad as a teenage girl. He even has a "work wife"). I know more about the complicated sex web some of the playboy management has. Then to cover their butts for not doing their job they will go out of their way to find every reason to put you on an action plan, discuss way to make it impossible so they can fire you without question. Yeah, they talked openly about another worker Infront of everyone... TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! Just don't. Run! Full of empty promises and can't even afford their grocery bill. Bonuses, unless you can dedicate to wreck your brain over every point and every minute you spend on a job while trying to keep up with the updates via email, blog, and the process guides (2) and do added cases without getting points for them (because per supervisors, "management is to damn lazy to do it themselves"). Over worked under paid, unicorn bonuses and no facility amenity perks. The new building move in date keeps getting moved back, so don't be sold on the perks they sale you. BELIEVE IT WHEN YOU SEE IT. Otherwise, everything that comes out of their mouth, expect the opposite.
