Pros

Sales, installation, support, maintenance all under one roof one company. Owner also started Tesla motors, plans to incorporate car-charging and off-grid options in the next 5 years.

Cons

More expensive than SunRun. Reimbursement rate for panel under-production averages to 10.8 cents per kWh, less than SunRun.

Pros

Medical & dental benefits, company car, cell phone stipend; that's about it...

Cons

No work life balance. 6-7 days a week. Volume is down so pay isn't what it used to be. Company leads are scarce so the only way to survive now is to find your own self-gen leads. Too many sales reps and not enough volume. The Tesla acquisition has created a bumpy transition.
