      Pros

      I taught it would be terrific to work for a company that is going green and boy was I wrong. This company is sham of no integrity.

      Cons

      We should create a website so employees can sue this company for raping commissions and pay stress for all the stress that is caused. If we gather together well some thing can be done and we can always find a lawyer to help us. This needs to raise their consciousness on how to treat people.

      Pros

      Good for the environment. Growing company, a lot of opportunities to get promoted. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life balance. You'll be treated as a machine. Expect to work for free if you want to keep your job. Unrealistic expectations from upper management requires you to work extended hours to meet quota, making you essentially work around the clock. Job security is constantly threatened. Poor compensation. Training program is poorly structured, leaving new designers at the mercy of seasoned designers (who are still responsible for their production). If you have a family, don't even apply.

      Pros

      Learned a lot about the process and benefits of solar power. The company is well positioned in he industry and has many products to offer

      Cons

      The company culture has gone to the toilet ( not to mention they they failed to an for enough restrooms in the building after spending $5 million to build it out) you're treated like a number and made to feel like you should just feel lucky to be there. Be very careful before choosing to take a position with them. There are a lot of other companies that are more worthy of your time and efforts if you want to do this long term.
