Pros

The opportunity is great for those who can work autonomously. The brand is recognizable and easy to gain customers confidence. Employees working in this industry are generally drawn for humanitarian reasons, making them passionate and dedicated which creates an excellent culture.

Cons

There isn't a lot of support for professional development. Although there is opportunity to move up, you need to prepare and monitor your own progress. It takes more time and therefore reports and mangers suffer from having to figure things out on their own.

Under paid. Commissions were not paid till solar panels were installed. You have to go through 100 no’s to get to 2 yes’s. Long hours on your feet.
