Pros

I cannot think of one which is sad

Cons

SC is a cross between Church of Scientology and an MLM. Upper and mid management is a joke. Fiends and Family is a con. One team One dream is kool-aid on steroids. Weekly squawk conferences are painful to listen to. We have to lie and tell prospects Solar is free. Nothing is free. Salary is a joke, commissions never arrive. All of the generic "Good" reviews on here are fake.Absolutely the most miserable job I ever had and would never put it on my Resume. Good riddance there stock tanked. Sure it came back up but for how long.Stay away

Pros

pay is decent in a rural area benefits are good commission checks are nice if you can produce

Cons

Management creates unrealistic goals Management is in it for themselves and don't care about your problems Solar Industry is dying down, market has changed to a pull market instead of a push market meaning that people are sick of hearing about it they can do their own research Costs to go solar are so expensive that customers that move forward hate it after it is already contracted and installed Sales training is virtually nonexistent and if you don't perform they blame you not themselves for lack of training.
