      Awesome people to work with.

      Cons

      SolarCity doesn't honor holidays for all employees. if you dare take a day off of work, you come back to so many emails that all you can do on your day back is get to email and not your actual work. SolarCity claims to give stock options instead of matching 401k. I haven't received stock in the past 2 years although I've been promoted 3 times. I don't know why everyone just puts up with it. Together we can find a better way. Let's get back to a reasonable amount of work, time with family, actual days off, and helping each other.

      Pros

      I enjoyed impacting energy use in my area, and learning more about solar technology. Some of my coworkers were very helpful when I started out.

      Cons

      It's like being an in-person telemarketer. I got sexually harassed by customers at the locations where I worked (NOT SolarCity employees). Very boring work, people treat you poorly and it isn't very effective.
