      Pros

      Wages and compensation are very good, the work environment is very friendly and accommodating, and the benefits are way above average.

      Cons

      Pay structure in operations favors speed over everything else - resulting in more work and less pay for those who hold themselves to a higher standard. The current pay structure is also disadvantageous to those who would move forward, being as most higher positions pay less at certain junctures in the hierarchy.

      i enjoy coming to work every day and enjoy the people I work with. They are conscientious, professional and committed to doing a great job.

      Cons

      Salary is too low based on national averages. No shift differential for Spanish speakers.

      Pros

      If you are good at what you do in sales, you will be promoted. Sometimes very quickly, sometimes it takes a while.

      Cons

      Long hours, many hours spent driving. First level managers are trained to be cattle dogs, not really a necessary thing as most people in sales are self motivated and or have responsibilities.
