Pros
Excellent pay and benefits; great quarterly bonus structure; happy customers will freely send referrals!
Cons
Poor work/life balance if you have a family. You generate your own leads through any means necessary including Door to Door. Sales quotas can be difficult to obtain if you can not work the hours. You have to actively manage your pipeline well after you close the sale to keep your customers from cancelling. Installers often break things on the roof and leave it to the customer to discover it later. You have complete control over the customer experience until panels get installed. Post installation you have zero control on home repairs, system redesigns, etc.
