      Pros

      SolarCity is a company that you can take pride in working for. If you aren't working for your dream, you're working for somebody else's. I am proud to contribute to Elon Musk's dream. SolarCity is the name brand in solar energy and has the best product and service. It's a young company that doubling its business every year which means plenty of opportunity for promotion. Also, when SolarCity says it is committed to diversity, it actually means it. I am honored to work with such optimistic, dedicated, intelligent and diverse coworkers that are all making the world a better place.

      Cons

      Sales can be pretty cut-throat but the silver lining is that if you do well, you will reap many bonus awards and incentives.

      Pros

      The pay is wonderful, I have great benefits. I got my first check on the first pay day I was working, benefits after 30 days. Everyone in the company that I've that the pleasure of meeting so far is very friendly and helpful. The room for growth is exponential. And were helping the environment one family at a time.

      Cons

      Working weekends, but they are flexible in scheduling and always willing to work with you.
