Disaster

Pros

none. They like to believe that they're saving the world, but they're simply spinning their wheels. They're saving the world one giant debt and horrible customer experience at a time.

Cons

The most poisonous, toxic, internally politically-fueled horror of a company I've ever seen. No vision, no pride in their lack of brand, a poor business model that sunk them so far into the red that they'll never see black and an incredible turn-over rate that extends to upper management as well as executives. I wish I had never heard of this company.

Pros

Benefits after 30 days, some good supervisors, schedule bids, bonus potential, some friendly team members, awards for hard work in the past.

Cons

Instability. Company's problems became employee's problems. Pressure for employees to get involved in the politics, literally, of it all. Such as P U C demonstrations, very stressful. No transparency leaving employees wondering if they should stay or go, nepotism, favoritism. While they will reward, they will distort the facts as to why one tries to amicably leave the company to pursue other ventures. Have observed long -term employees let go with no real reason from what was observed.
