Pros
Some of the reasons I love working here are the people, the environment and the direction the company is going. We preach professionalism, yet, push you to have fun! We work hard and play even harder! However, SolarCity isn't for everyone. If a metric based position scares you, there's plenty of opportunities elsewhere. But your growth as a professional would severely be hampered due to not being pushed to your maximum potential
Cons
The parking here absolutely sucks and our neighbors don't like us much and continue to call parking enforcement on us. BUT, we have a overflow parking with 2 shuttle buses that go back and forth all day!!
