Since the company is still new, so many people in leadership have obtained the positions they hold because of who they knew or know. Thats not paticualrly a bad thing except that there seems to be some management who gang up on employees if one of their "friends" doesent like that person. Also, STUPID EMPHASIS ON THE DAILY CALL VOLUME METRIC! My first month I CLOSED/WON 15 accounts and obtained 71 Opps, but I was fired because my call volume was half of what other co workers had. Uhmm....If they make 400 calls each day and only get 1-2 opps and I make 60 but get 6, should you be firing me or promoting me? I HATE that they value it soooooo much. really makes them look silly.
