Pros

Compensation improved recently and better technology recently (last 6 mos.)

Cons

Sales process and overall product offering are lacking. Mid management is retained despite poor performance while qualified sales generators and sale people are treated like they are disposable. They still have a business model based on "the good old days" of solar when it is a completely different industry. No exit interview after 2+ yrs with the company shows they will continue to make the same mistakes which is bad for everyone associated with the company including shareholders. $250 commission for a solar roof sale. Laughable.

Pros

Local manager was great to work for, company culture was pleasant. Commissions were good as well.

Cons

Base salary was subpar, unstable company direction trickled down to FECs in terms of which quotas actually mattered, expectation setting.
