      Pros

      I have just hit my 2nd year here at Solar City. this is a great place to grow as an individual and to progress your career. If you take the time to learn the steps and understand the process you can really take this career to the top. Alot of awesome people here and the offices really take care of their employees. Employee Incentives , bonuses, office parties, company events and more.

      You can only make your own! All and all a great place to work

      Pros

      You can really have control of how much money you can make and have your own schedule. Great atmosphere and culture. Best company ever.

      Cons

      In a way, it's kind of like running your own business and can set yourself up for failure if you aren't resposible or self motivated.
