      Pros

      This company is very upfront and honest. There is complete transparency and no hidden agendas. Working with this group of people is truly working with people who love what the do and do what they love. The pay is fantastic but that is truly just icing on the cake when I go to work and have fun and I have fun for my work.

      Cons

      I drive a lot in and around D.C. There is nothing that SolarCity can do about that but it is a part of my job. We need to make autonomous cars readily available tomorrow.

      The best product I have ever sold. Great pay, great hours, great team concept, great vision, great leadership

      Cons

      If anything, its the constant change, but that is the industry we are in and you have to adapt. Its not a big issue, if I had to think of a con that would be it and its not really a con because it keeps you fresh.

      Pros

      Working for the cutting edge solar company in the world is very satisfying. Not only do I work with some of the smartest people in the industry, I am saving the world one structure at a time. Really thousands of structures at a time. Fells Great!

      Cons

      Never seem to get caught up. The work can be never ending sometimes. It is all worth sacrifice to be involved in a great effort.
