      Pros

      Employees are treated like grown-ups, not like naughty children. Management team is very friendly and approachable, always open to suggestions from all team members. This company really functions as a team, really, I mean it. The corporate culture is one of cooperation and collaboration. Company offers generous referral bonus for employees who refer new employees and new customers. Benefits include stock options. I feel valued here.

      Cons

      I haven't found one, yet. The company is growing (doubling every year), and continually striving to find better ways of doing everything, which results in continuous change on the job. If you are resistant to change, you may have difficulty here.

      SolarCity is a smart company doing the right things, the right way. Legitimate industry leader. Developing new technology. Several years ahead of its competitors. Positive, fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Fast pace means that everything is changing all the time. You have to be adaptable. There aren't always policies in place for you. You have to be able to clear your own path.

      Pros

      The culture and passion of your leadership and coworkers is enough to create an amazing workplace and environment. Not to mention the product and services we offer are revolutionary and are a true benefit to all those involved. If you're looking for a career path in one of the fastest growing industries with tons of opportunity, this is the place to be. I knew NOTHING about solar energy before I started. The training is first class. If you're even slightly interested in solar power, being a part of the #1 full service solar company nationwide is extremely rewarding.

      Cons

      Change. This company is all about change, so you need to be willing and able to adapt. BUT, this makes for a refreshing work environment. Never a dull moment! You also must be willing to put in the time to succeed. This makes an old full time job seem like a part time job.
