Pros

I Love SolarCity. I love the people. This company is changing the world! The leadership has an amazing vision, and the company has a great culture and goals. Great environment. You feel part of a movement. Everyone is responsive and committed to your success. Their motto is: "One Team, One Dream". And SolarCity speaks shows respect and adoration for it's customers!

Cons

Can't think of any one that stands out. The only con is that they are not in all 50 states, yet!

Pros

Great company, great potential, good income IF you hit quota.

Cons

As a sales consultant you are expected to generate a very high number of self generated leads and unless you are an allstar you dont get many leads from FEA's. Corporate gives you 1 - 2 leads per week. Everything else is generated in The home Depot.

Pros

The company is growing so fast that there are a lot of opportunities to learn, grow, and move up in your department. When you work hard and show that people can depend on you, managers notice when and keep you in mind when a position opens.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like the high-level executives do not understand the complexity of the departments and teams that are under them and make drastic changes without getting input from the people in the front lines. People tend to make the change first and see if it turns out well rather than first getting input from all those who will be affected by the change, even those who are not in their department.
