      Pros

      Free snacks, coffee, and BBQ once in a while. Overall culture was fun. Interesting information to learn in training. PS our trainer was absolutely awesome.. Did a great job!!

      Cons

      Felt very mislead in regards to the earning potential and comp plan. Promised the world and feel short. They stated average specialist was making 15k... This is not even close to being true. You get 2k base plus bonus. Comp plan recently lowered plus average install time is 4-6 months. DO THE MATH!! do not make the same mistake I did. Ask about the commission per panel and the average system size. Let the real figures speak for themselves.
