      Pros

      Solar City is the best company I have worked for in 30 years. I know of no other company where you can walk up to the CEO or any other execs and just start a conversation and be well received. The executives really seem to care about what we do and how it is done and put the employees first. At Solar City you must be ok with change and you must be prepared to work hard. A lot is expected of all employees.

      Cons

      On occasion work-life balance gets a bit out of wack.

      Pros

      Great training, great people, great company culture, great benefits, great values and mission. Since day 1, I have enjoyed coming in to work as do all the people I have interacted with here. The energy of the place is very catching. People are genuinely friendly and happy from the beginning of their shift until the end of their shifts. There is absolutely no micromanagement. This isn't just in my department, it is ubiquitous throughout the company. SolarCity has a great way of inspiring productivity among the employees by being a great employer.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum but most positions are incentivized so it helps a little.

      Pros

      Great training from the start. Managers and co-workers are genuinely concerned about setting new hires up for success. Refreshing enviroment considering the normal cut throat enviroment that ususally comes with being in a sales position. Great opportunity for growth in a fast growing company!

      Cons

      The hours are long at first, but like anything else you have to put in the time to perfect your craft.
