      Working for SolarCity allows you to be your best and get paid enjoying it. Everyone loves working here and really believe in the product we sale. We are independent and at the same time work as a team!

      Pros

      I've recently begun working at SolarCity in an analytical role at one of their satellite offices. I had enough resources and training setup for me on the first day to start quickly, which is uncommon for a first day. The workforce there is very intelligent, motivated and has fun as well. Most importantly the values of innovation and environmental stewardship espoused by upper management are real and make their way to every aspect of business.

      Cons

      It is still very much of a start-up atmosphere even in the HQ, so if you don't work well in changing and fast-paced work this might not be the company for you.
