      A consistent flow and variety of installations and opportunities as well as a very balanced employee structure. Tons of experience and learning opportunities. Explosive growth potential for the company in the next few years.

      No 401k matching. There is a 401k, but they don't match it.

      Pros

      A great, forward thinking company that truly values their employees. I am treated with respect and given a thumbs up everyday. This company makes you want to be there, work hard and provide the customer with the best possible product.

      Cons

      I haven't found one bad thing about the company since I started. They are very interested in helping their customers and making a great place to work for their employees.

      Pros

      I'm relatively new here but have gotten a great feel for the people and the work environment. SolarCity is a laid-back, personable, down-to-earth company with a great mission. Their core values of honesty and integrity as a company are aligned with who I am outside of these walls. You get a good sense that SolarCity genuinely cares for the people that work for them and the people they service.
