This company was built on the suggestions and input of its employees. -This company has a huge vision and is proud of it. The passion here is amazing and the fact that we have every capability to carry out great things on a massive scale is great for peace of mind. I will have a job for a long time as long as I do my part.
Cons
-As with any growing company, there are growing pains. There is a lot of change and the ability to adjust quickly is important. -Communication between departments is difficult as we constantly change and figure out the process and best practices. -Sometimes we have to do menial or unnecessary tasks for a while before management responds and makes our work more focused/simpler.
