      Pros

      A fast growing company with lots of room for advancement. They are really interested in making a change, and they're making it happen quicker than anyone else. Worked for several very large companies, and I am impressed with the involvement of the founders and upper mangement.

      Cons

      The amount of people involved in the installation process, and lack of communication between the different groups to make things happen.

      No matter what your job is here at SolarCity, we make each individual feel important and valued. Every member here is friendly and willing to help each other out. Employees work together to make this company successful and we have a strong sense of community. With this flexible and open-minded workplace, this company is an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      This company is growing rapidly, doubling every year. The amount of work that we have can be more stressful than one would expect.
