      Hard sell type close job get the deal at all costs or someone else will

      Pros

      Believe in clean energy. If you are 23 years old they will like you. There is business out there. Free Granola and Peanut Butter in the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management is more focused on P&L than p-eople. Pushing for more sales in less time with fewer resources. Seems to be more about the money than the industry. They are running a business not a renewable energy project. Competing for sales with our own associates. Play favorites there. Training is a Train-Wreck.

      Pros

      -Young, vibrant culture creates a very fast-paced work environment (for some, this is a negative) -Selective hiring process means you get to work with lots of intelligent, hard-working people -Proud to tell others that you work at a company that is saving the planet -Lots of opportunities for advancement -Great upper management team

      Cons

      -Compensation can't compete with silicon valley high tech companies -Tremendous growth year over year has given the company some obvious growing pains -Despite the young culture, people are so overburdened with work that they can't stop to have any fun
