I was blessed to move up pretty fast. But I have seen many people stuck in the same position for a while and complain about the pay. I have also seen individuals transfer to different departments, more than I have ever seen in any other company.

its hard to think of any honestly. the only thing I can think of is that I miss working for part-time places. a lot of people tend to work overtime because we are so determined to get our work done and go above what is needed but this drive often leaves me with less sleep and less family time than I'd like. My role in the workplace often requires I drive for 3 hours a day and that cuts into the time I am able to work as well.
