      Don't work in the warehouse!!

      Pros

      Well.....let me think.....free t-shirts......and there are few cool people. The hours are good too.

      Cons

      No one respects warehouse clerks. This company doesn't care at all about this position, better yet this department. Now, they don't even give raises for the warehouse anymore, but the warehouse manager can sit and get bonuses, the bonuses should be SHARED throughout the warehouse, not just for the manager, we don't get appreciated for what we do. The warehouse might as well be an outside company that works "with" SolarCity because you don't really feel like your part of the team.

      Everything is downhill

      If you hit us it numbers, and a rockstar, then you really work when you want and it's really rewarding. Good pay plus commission .

      Cons

      Let go of many key leaders and management to competitors.. Ever since new district management everything went downhill. First new managers then re alignments of which managers get which stores then you guys are trying to change what worked for us? On how we do things right to get our opps and CW? No this used to be the best solar company and is still the largest but let me repeat myself... NOT THE BEST SOLAR COMPANY. I feel bad for all the people I converted to go solar threw this company and is stuck for 20-30 years! But then again I just had to do my job.

      Pros

      Hmm, with all the broken promises it's hard to find a pro. A good amount of my co-workers were nice... and free soda and snacks... Yep, that's about it.

      Cons

      During my interview a six figure salary, great benefits, and more was promised... Sadly, the way thy run things makes it almost impossible to perform. When it comes down to it, SolarCity barely pays a livable wage, and it's commission plan is a joke.
