Pros
Working for a company that wants to change the world and do good by lowering the fossil fuel emissions and introducing clean solar energy to the masses.
Cons
Leads are old and recycled. Heavy encouragement from management to go door knocking and phone book cold calling to earn a decent living. Half the time when you sell a solar job it goes into cancelation for a large amount of reasons that are out of your control. Tree shading, roof is to old, attic has asbestos, and greedy utility companies that lose or slow the paperwork down to months. Remember you only get paid when the solar panels are installed.
