      Pros

      Great products. Have been very innovative in the solar industry. Backed by Elon Musk. Great for the costumers or upper level management. Benefits.

      Cons

      Training for sales is basically nonexistent. There is lots of hype and motivational speeches, but very little practice to learn from. Pay is far less than other companies in the industry. If promoted from within pay is less than If hired straight into that position.

      You get tablet or lap top from day 1, 100 dollar credit to employee store, partnered with companies like google, Best Buy and The Home Depot

      If you like working Saturdays and Sundays this job is for you, if you like working on holidays this job is for you, if you like to borderline harass people to switch to solar this job is for you, if you like customers tell you to get lost or give you dirty looks all day long this job is for you, If i wanted to stand inside a Best Buy or Home Depot all day long I would have applied there.
