Pros

Good first sales job to get comfortable speaking with people, if you are like 22 years old.

Cons

Churn and burn baby. Stress!!!! I wish I can say it all differently, but this is truth. They do warn you of long hours, and working on weekends and say you can make a lot of money, but I'd say less than two percent of hires do. They will exploit your labor and let you go and give your referrals to a few people close to the manager. Quotas are unsustainable at the current business model for a lot of reasons. They will give solar a bad name, watch. It's too bad because everyone buys into the hype of helping the country and energy needs etc. and they act as if it's a caring culture but be warned. They get cheap subsidized labor and hurt a lot of folks along the way.

Pros

Some of my co-workers are cool, free snacks in the break room

Cons

Really not sure how they won Best company to work for - PAY!!!!! Compensation is Lacking big time. I've worked here for 1.5 years. No annual reviews, no pay raises, no cost of living increases. After health benefit cost and taxes I'm basically making min. wage. You go from one department to another and they don't give you a pay raise...in fact they may reduce your pay back to entry level although you've been with the company for some time. - Training - The whole process of getting a job from start to finish is a big mess - Hard work may get noticed...but you'll get over looked for promotions or raises - its a club; if your in with the right people you get picked for projects and promotions, seniority has no bearing - not all departments get bonuses
