Normal work hours that appear to be incredibly long because you spend it talking to people most of the day. They will not fire you right off for not hitting your sales quota, they actually give you a chance to develop your skills. They give you a total of 3 months to hit the mark then they cut you loose. The goal for monthly sales is totally achievable you really just have to be a manipulative psychopath to keep it going. It seems nobody wants free Solar Panels that drive the cost of electric down. You have to be in a progressive area to make it work. If you get stuck in a low class area pitching your "Save the world with free Solar Panels speech" at your local Best Buy or Home Depot, you are likely to get shot down. Poor people are afraid of free stuff.
