No 401K matching. Health benefits are meager and expensive (~ 600/mo to cover a family.) Lots of night/weekends. If you want to know your children, this is NOT the company for you.

The software engineering Department is a joke and is led by the most incompetent people on planet. - Manger will threaten you to work for long hours or else you will be shown the exit door - Be prepared to work for insane hours which include weekends. - Copy code and architecture from Tesla Code base - Lot of politics even though the department is small - Very little room to express your ideas - All the competent people left the place after their first week of joining(no brainer) - Worst work environment. - Less pay - No 401K Contribution - Very few good employees The list goes on. Because this is the worst place I ever worked for. I have to take this job due to some personal reasons and tried my best not to hate this place. But I survived only 5 months. The so called CTO is only holding that position because hes the cousin of elon musk. The incompetency goes all the way up. Your manger will never talk about career development nor they do reviews. They consider you just an other object who is getting paid. I really doubt the credibility of the reviews for this company. I sometimes get emails to give reviews on glassdoor .The software engineering department is built on platform that is doomed to fail. My sincere advice: "please stay away from this place". If anyone speaks high of this place, either hes one of the guy from the mafia or has no clue what he has gotten into.
